Dr Peter Rudd
Dr Peter Rudd Dr. Peter Rudd is a Consultant Paediatrician at the Royal United Hospital in Bath and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Bath. He is a founder member of the Royal United Hospital clinical ethics committee which was established in 1999. Until March 2003 he was chair of the Bath Local Research Ethics Committee but remains on the Committee as a member. He has been particularly interested in developing clinical consultation aspects of the committee. This was the theme of the UK Clinical Ethics Network Annual Conference which he helped organise in May 2003 in Bath.
He has a special interest in cot death (having been involved in research on infections and sleeping position) as well as paediatric infectious diseases.
